As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to the well-being each person I work with, and I go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2010, I have worked with hundreds of individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families dealing with difficult circumstances that are unique to their lives including trauma, substance use, addiction, depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, children and families involved in the legal system and foster care, and patients dealing with chronic pain and chronic medical issues.
I specialize in trauma and complex trauma. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level 2 (Evergreen Certifications #903284) and I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT Certified, Evergreen Certification #185604), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety (SS), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Christian Behavioral Science, amongst other evidenced based therapeutic modalities.
I am also a Doctoral Candidate at National University towards a PhD in Psychology. Projected completion is 2025.
